Modern Low House With Zen Garden And Green Roof

This modern family house is designed by architect Max Brunner. Everything is thought through to provide a comfortable indoor-outdoor living. Besides the house itself behind walls there are several courtyards and patio areas that are connected with different rooms. Floor to ceiling windows and slide doors allow natural light to fill the house and provide easy access to outdoor areas and the pool. Even though the ceiling height is only 2.45 m, these windows and bright white walls ensure that the house is comfortable. The dining area is located in the middle of the house and is connected with two courtyards and a covered terrace at once. All rooms and outdoor areas are designed in minimalist style. Besides there is one more very interesting feature of the project. The green roof exploits the small plot of land as much as possible.
